Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please submit a request with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a return number and shipping details on where to send the returned item/s. Socket Shield will not cover the cost of return shipping. 

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an order over $100, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method, as we cannot refund returns that we do not receive.
